Professional Mold inspections

A mold inspection can be completed in conjunction with a home inspection or as a stand alone inspection. Please call to discuss the types of inspections before deciding. 

If sampling is required then each sample is separately collected then sent to an independent lab for analysis. Air samples, tape samples or swaps can be utilized. This is an additional charge that will only be performed with clients approval during the inspection if required.
