Pre-List and Pre-Sale Inspection
My inspections cover all accessible areas of your home including the exterior, interior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems to provide you with a comprehensive report.
New Build Inspections
Rest assured and have peace of mind with a newly constructed home by having a thorough home inspection before and after possession. Having a non-biased set of eyes on your new build is crucial.
Warranty Inspection
An 11-month inspection on new builds is critical to identifying any potential costly repairs required within the first year of construction. There are also usually 2-year and 10-year warranties as well that should be considered as well.
Verification of Repairs and re-inspections
Within 20 miles I will re-inspect any repairs that have been made based on a deficiency in my report free of charge. Outside of 20 miles will be a $50 service fee.
